American Petro-Hunter was founded on January 24, 1996. The company is duly incorporated in the State of Nevada.

The Company believes alternative sources of energy won’t become a significant or practical solution for years to come and that the country must support increased domestic drilling in order to capitalize upon our existing technical supremacy and the unearthing of significant and important new finds here at home.

American Petro-Hunter solidly supports “growth by the drill bit” as the only “home grown solution” to produce more American oil and gas that will stabilize gasoline and energy prices. The number of projects currently available for acquisition is extensive and American Petro-Hunter plans an aggressive campaign towards targeting production from smaller, underutilized fields via farm-ins and outright purchases.

Paid’s fundamental philoshphy is to provide the best products and services with the greatest attention to customer service. This has been the philosphy for Greg and Rich Rotman the founders of Paid Inc. back in 1999. The company was originally created from the auction services of Rotman Auction, an Internet and phone sports-auction company, and Internet AuctionInc, a person-to-person auction platform. During the first two years of business, Richard focused on growing Rotman Auction and developing tools and resources to better sell on the Internet. Greg spent his time developing partnerships and growing the content component of Paid with the acquisition of the assets of Chanelspace Entertainment.

In 2002 the Company launched its new Shipping Calculator and Auction Services website, www.Auctioninc.com. The product launch was simultaneously timed to coincide with the filing of their patent for their auction shipping calculator. At the time the shipping calculator help Rotman Auction instantly increase sales by 40% and reduce overhead by 100% within the first month. Rotman Auction was now selling 1,000 items per week on eBay and growing rapidly.

During this time period, the Company began hosting more and more autograph signings and began engaging in the business of hosting celebrity websites. This new venture began with athletes and quickly moved to provided fan community services for artists and entertainers. The athletes websites were growing and with a roster of great football and baseball players like Doug Flutie, Tim Wakefield and Bronson Arroyo. New athletes were signing up with Paid every month. In 2004, the Company signed a contract to host Aerosmith’s official fan community, www.AeroForceOne.com, and a new era of Paid’s business began to evolve. Quickly, Paid began to sign other music bands and celebrities and now hosts such artists as The Cars, Patti LaBelle, DMC and Rockapella.

Paid now provides a multitude of services for their celebrity clientele, including video production, merchandising, ticketing, fan experience programs, community development, management, marketing and sponsorships. Paid’s philosphy of great products and customer service continues today as they continue to grow and become a leader in the celebrity services industry.
